Helen is a qualified career coach, with over 17 years experience focussing on career transition and leadership development.
She has a strong track record of employer/employee interventions leading to improved working relationships, with a direct impact on performance and retention. Prior to joining The Results Centre Helen spent 13 years in recruitment, 10 of which were with Michael Page international where she was operations director of the flagship London Finance business. During this time she delivered 100%+ growth across numerous business sectors.
Helen’s academic qualifications include an MSc in Egyptology and Forensic Medicine, a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology.
Helen does a significant amount of pro bono coaching work, typically with full time mum’s wanting to re-enter the workforce who are lacking in confidence. The rest of her time is spent running around after her two toddlers and a black Labrador.
Julia is a highly motivated, goal driven individual, who has a successful track record of developing and coaching people to achieve great results both personally and professionally.
A qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, who is passionate about raising the profile of this important topic, can train and develop teams in spotting signs of possible mental health issues in others, giving them the confidence to support colleagues who may be struggling and signposting them to appropriate professional help if required or guiding them towards assistance within the work place.
CIPD & Coach/Mentor qualified (EMCC) with a sound operational, commercial and HR background, Julia is recognised for inspiring coaching and mentoring, demonstrating a high level of trust and integrity in her one to one or group sessions. She is highly focused on building relationships and increasing a group or individual’s potential to achieve, succeed and thrive.
Alan is an unconventional and daring leader. With over 25 years of experience in senior management, his astuteness comes from holding a chief officer post, leading an over half a billion pound business and extensive experience in executive coaching for transformation.
Instrumental in coaching clients to promotions and significant performance increases, Alan’s original style has brought startling results for leaders. These include a 40% uplift in annual sales and a £20million project delivered before deadline and under budget.
Alan follows his own advice in personal and professional development and has a Masters Degree in Coaching from Warwick University, numerous business and leadership qualifications and a PGC in Business and Personal Coaching from Chester University.
Alan is Chair of the Federated Governing Body at two prominent primary schools in Northamptonshire.
