In the UK 1 in 4 people will experience some form of mental health issue in any given year. Being mental health aware as an organisation or employer, displays your recognition of the importance of your employee’s well being. It can increase teamwork, communication, reduce sickness/absence, lower staff turnover and in turn reduce recruitment and induction costs. It is estimated that mental ill health costs employers around £30b every year in the UK alone, through lack of productivity and absence.
The Results Centre is delighted to be working with Julia Hepworth who has over 25 years of experience of leading, developing individuals and teams and is passionate about increasing the awareness of good mental health and well being and also reducing the stigma attached to this important subject.

√ Half or Full Day bespoke Mental Health Awareness Workshops
√ Two Day Mental Health First Aid Course (Mental Health England).
After completion of the latter you will be a qualified Mental Health First Aider, issued with manual, workbook and certificate.
