Alan is an unconventional and daring leader. With over 25 years of experience in senior management, his astuteness comes from holding a chief officer post, leading an over half a billion pound business and extensive experience in executive coaching for transformation.
Instrumental in coaching clients to promotions and significant performance increases, Alan’s original style has brought startling results for leaders. These include a 40% uplift in annual sales and a £20million project delivered before deadline and under budget.
Alan follows his own advice in personal and professional development and has a Masters Degree in Coaching from Warwick University, numerous business and leadership qualifications and a PGC in Business and Personal Coaching from Chester University.
Alan is Chair of the Federated Governing Body at two prominent primary schools in Northamptonshire.
Rachel Halsall is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who has gained a unique understanding of corporate life, across a range of cultures. After gaining a Masters Degree in International Relations, she started her career at the Japanese Embassy. Rachel has also worked in-house at Credit Suisse, Barclays and Waverton Investment Management in the financial sector.
In more recent years, Rachel has wandered the corridors and training rooms in the legal world with firms such as Withers Worldwide, Mills & Reeve & Shakespeare Martineau.
Rachel has a direct and punchy coaching style which has served her well working with senior leaders & teams across sectors. The majority of Rachel’s work focusses on communication, career transition and enhancing management skills. She speaks regularly to groups on networking skills as well as how to communicate succinctly and raise your profile.
Rachel is an ICF accredited coach. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Step I and has a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Helen is a qualified career coach, with over 17 years experience focussing on career transition and leadership development.
She has a strong track record of employer/employee interventions leading to improved working relationships, with a direct impact on performance and retention. Prior to joining The Results Centre Helen spent 13 years in recruitment, 10 of which were with Michael Page international where she was operations director of the flagship London Finance business. During this time she delivered 100%+ growth across numerous business sectors.
Helen’s academic qualifications include an MSc in Egyptology and Forensic Medicine, a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology.
Helen does a significant amount of pro bono coaching work, typically with full time mum’s wanting to re-enter the workforce who are lacking in confidence. The rest of her time is spent running around after her two toddlers and a black Labrador.
Rachel is an expert in people, productivity and performance. With over 20 years experience, Rachel has worked across leading private, public and not-for-profit arenas establishing new organisations, transforming how business is delivered and developing people. With an energetic passion and natural ability to take people on a journey, she uses her incredible knowledge and experience to bring positive and sustainable organisational change.
To complement her organisational development skills, Rachel is a qualified Practitioner and leading expert in the field of wellbeing and has been instrumental in supporting commercial organisations to create an amazing work environment where people and results can truly flourish.
